- nelinearni modeli u prirodnim, društvenim i ekonomskim znanostima
- sinergetičke i termodinamičke studije socio-ekonomskih sustava
- kompleksni network
- stohastički modeli financijskog tržišta
- kolektivna priroda procesa oblikovanja stava
- ireverzibilne termodinamike
- termodinamičke zapreke ekonomske aktivnosti
Introduction Understanding of structure and dynamics of complex systems, with emphasis on the possibility for their partial determination of their future states, is substantial for long-term, harmonic development of majority of social and other complex systems. Present approach to complex systems description regularly is interdisciplinary, ranging from phylosophical foundations, to socio-psychological considerations of structures and functions, to physical, computational and mathematical modelling. Description is accompanied with the questionable covering of the totality of aspects. That is on the one hand consequence of the different methodologies, and on the other of focusing on the different aspects of complex systems. Having that in mind, the interdisciplinary description arises as a possible surpassing of the questionable points.
Purpose of the Workshop is bringing together the interdisciplinary groups of scientists and experts describing social and other complex systems, with methodologies originating in diverse sciences, like social, natural, economic sciences and humanities, in order to critically evaluate existing approaches for possible forming of improved interdisciplinary groups. The Workshop objective is to provide the interested scientists, experts and students with the contemporary complex systems descriptions as well as with the projections and clear guidelines of optimal further description, without a priori favouring of any methodology.
The particular topics addressed at the Workshop will, among others, be nonlinear models in natural, social and economic sciencessynergetic and thermodynamical studies of socio-economic systemsagent based modellingcomplex networksstochastic models of financial markets and option pricingcollective character of opinion formation processesirreversible thermodynamicsthermodynamic constraints of economic activity
This Workshop is integrated version of the two related Workshops; the 8th international Workshop on
Complex Systems in Natural and Social Sciences (CSNSS), and the 2nd Workshop
Interdisciplinary Description of Complex Systems (INDECS).
The total number of participants will be limited to 40 persons. There is no fee for the Workshop.
